Your project will be fully edited on a professional, Hi-Definition, state-of-the-art computer based editing system. Our editing rate includes an experienced editor working with you on Final Cut Pro with Motion for graphics and compositing, as well as full audio post capabilities. Why go to San Francisco or Oakland for post? Everything you need to complete projects from simple to complex is available in our Concord studio.

Or, if you can't come to us, we are available to edit 'on the go' at your location with the Final Cut Studio on our laptop. Travel rates apply.

Our rates for a typical photo montage vary, depending on the number of photos that you have and if scanning of the images is required. Most photo montages range from $250 to $500. Please inquire for an estimate on your project.

Along with our standard production/post-production services, we can also provide creative direction for your commercial/infomercial, or work with your agency or directly with you, the client, in creating a script and/or storyboard for your project.

DVD authoring is the process of creating a DVD using personalized menus, sub-menus, and chapters. DVD authoring can be very simple, but it can also be complex. We can author a DVD to your exact specifications using DVD Studio Pro, a program that gives us the flexiblilty to control the interactive elements of your finished DVD.

Second Sight Video & Multimedia has been providing legal video services since 1988. As a result, our camera operators are experienced, professional and thoroughly familiar with California Code of Civil Procedure section 2025 - as well as the Federal Rules - as they apply to deposition video taping. Our operator will arrive in advance to set up the room, so there will be no delays in starting the deposition. All speaking parties will have their own lavaliere (tie clip) microphone. We will provide Court Reporters with complementary audio tape copies and, if requested, their own set of headphones for better sound. We will make an in-camera master tape in high quality digital video for a perfect picture. We will also make a simultaneous DVD copy for you, the hiring party, with on screen time and date display for easy reference. We can synchronize our time with the Court Reporter if they are running 'real time'. We will also make available to you - and to all parties to the case, as required by the Code - copies of the deposition video from the digital master.

In addition, Second Sight Video can provide your video deposition in a 'Text Sync' format! The video will be synchronized with the deposition transcript and provided on a DVD that contains the full transcript and a complimentary video viewer, allowing you to easily navigate through the deposition video using the transcript. In this format, you can use tools like word and phrase searches to prepare the deposition as needed, and you can also use the player to select and edit video clips. This format can also be imported into various trial preparation software, such as Sanction or Trial Director, which is extremely useful when preparing for trial. Or, we can edit the video for you! Since we retain all master videos until six months after the disposition of the case, as stipulated by the Code, we will have your master available for editing when you need it. Simply send us the edits based on the transcripts, and we will prepare an edited version for review by the Court. Since it is on our computer, the edited deposition can be revised based on the Court's rulings on objections, etc. Finally, Second Sight will simplify the process of showing your deposition video in Court by preparing the video on a DVD, with easy to access chapters for each of the sections that you would like to show.
